9 Flights and counting

On December 10th, I did 9 flights. Apparently, I also had time to drive to Drexel University to pick up my son Kevin, and either on the way there, or the way back, I took this beautiful picture of the Bell Atlantic Tower, the building we would be climbing on our Stair Climb on March 19th.

I added 1 flight of stairs every day through December 13th, when I did 12 flights of stairs.

Something was bothering me.

I wanted the flights of stairs I was climbing to equal the day of the month---strange I know, but it would make it easier for me to know how many I was doing on a particular day.

Believe me when I say I'm literally just sitting in my chair, reading and answering emails, working on a computer program, teaching an Internet class when suddenly I get up, head to the stairs and start climbing them.

In December of 2010 I didn't put a lot of thought into the process which meant simplifying even the process of knowing how many flights of stairs to climb was a big thing to me.
